Not Showing The Chart

Question

Today I updated my chart, and tried to open it. But when I try it said "No data found this week". I'm sure last.fm scrobbles the tracks, but it's not showing the list when i try, not even 70 weeks before. All the track lists are missing. I tried to get back by edit the chart but when I tab the "edit" button it freezes and don't make anything. What to do?

Now it can be fixed, you just have to go to "update charts" on settings and press "update all", it worked for me :)
but then if you see your latest #1 but when you go to the chart it keeps saying "No data found" you just have to press "edit chart" and it should appear the chart, then you have to click where it says "edit" at the end of your chart and it should update your chart, but it will take a few minutes. I hope you can fix it

I have exactly the same issue. I tried everything and still nothing. All singles data are gone. In my library it only displays the total plays of a song not its weeks and peak position.

O Bruno disse que não tem acesso ao Zero há anos e que mesmo se tivesse hoje ele não tem tempo pra fazer atualizações mais.
Quando perguntado quem tem acesso hoje ele só disse que 'alguém do bcharts'. :s

I have the same problem. The artist and album stats still show, but not the songs
